It’s clear that one of the most powerful motivational drivers is Purpose. A clear purpose unites and excites people. It makes everyone feel as if they are contributing to higher progress and growth.

According to Gallup’s recent State of the Global Workplace report, 85% of employees are not engaged or actively disengaged at work. An increasingly sobering statistic when you realise that this equates to approximately $7 trillion in lost productivity.

At our recent Power of Purpose event, we explored the role of Purpose in building and enhancing levels of engagement and motivation, and how you can embed purpose within your organization to build stronger connections with your people.

Moderated by Chris Holmes (Brandpie's Managing Partner, Engagement), the session offered insights from key industry leaders on Purpose; on how organizations can leverage Purpose beyond just a ‘nice to have’, to set direction, mobilize employees and recruit and retain the best talent; and how Purpose can create a more engaged workforce.
