With growth aspirations and a need to establish themselves as a global leader in business process outsourcing - TMF Group needed to engage their people in the importance of excellent client service and the role they could play in delivering it.

Idea

'Everyday heroes' celebrates how employees deliver exceptional client service. We created an internal communications campaign featuring real TMF employees which captured the superhero within.

The campaign was based on real-life examples of work, so others could learn from it and apply the knowledge to their own world.
