Global consultancy Brandpie hires Yasmeen Coning as US Head of Culture and Engagement; bringing to the table her experience with notable brands such as: Microsoft, Starbucks, Coca-Cola, HP, Novartis, Bristol Meyers Squibb, J.P. Morgan, Booze Allen Hamilton and more.
Coning is responsible for developing programs and initiatives designed to embed purpose transformations for clients, with a focus on elevating their people through change management and organizational behavior strategies to drive enterprise-wide progress and performance.
The demand for purpose consulting continues to rise over the last few years, and now is further accelerated due to the pandemic. Nearly 60% of CEOs state they want a purpose according to Brandpie’s third annual study of CEOs on “purpose.” This year, executive leaders also reported that they are most focused on efforts to increase training and learning for employees, as well as their overall engagement.

With more than 20 years at agencies and client-side as a marketing leader, Coning has created transformation and innovation strategies for both start-ups and global brands. Previously, as Global Group Director of Change & Engagement at Siegel+Gale, she helped clients across the finance, pharmaceutical, CPG, media and technology sectors achieve sustainable success for their employees and customers alike. Over the course of her career, leveraging the science of human behavior coupled with business acumen, Coning has built and executed numerous brand, platform and product launches, as well as advised companies through the IPO and M&A processes.
