Sophie has over 20 years' experience creating brands that forge deep bonds with people, and leave a lasting mark on culture.

A unique and original creative thinker, she specializes in bringing coherence across all brand touchpoints, with a deep expertise in moving image.

She's helped craft many world-famous brands including the BBC, Capgemini, ITV, Telefonica, and Renault.

Sophie is a thought leader in the creative profession and frequently judges industry awards such as Cannes Lions and D&AD.

Richard leads our fast-growing global employee engagement practice.

He believes great brands - and great businesses - are built from the inside out. It's why he is passionate about working with clients to use the power of purpose to transform the employee experience.

With extensive client-side experience at Alcatel, AstraZeneca, EY and IBM, Richard has gained deep insights into the forces that shape culture and create sustainable engagement across diverse and complex organizations.

Tim leads our global finance, IT, HR and shared service functions.

Tim has 20 years' experience improving performance of strategic consultancies and creative agencies in the US, Europe and the Middle East.

A natural problem solver, he partners with our leadership teams to make smart financial decisions, streamline admin and improve efficiency. Tim focuses his efforts on removing friction from our business, so time gets spent where it matters most — helping clients achieve transformational advantage.

Adam specializes in helping brands transform with elegance and panache.

Our clients appreciate his ability to build relationships based on brilliant ideas, executed with craft and simplicity. It helps that he possesses a clear communication style and an easy wit.

Adam has deep expertise in the technology and media sector. Most recently he led our global relaunch for tech consultancy Capgemini. He has also consulted for the BBC, Telefonica O2, Virgin Media and Al Jazeera.

Sally ensures that the transformative work we do for our clients is delivered in a world-class fashion.

Throughout her career, working for the UK's largest branding agencies, she's accumulated a wealth of experience leading the co-ordination of successful global programs for complex organizations.

Sally's primary focus is always to help brands deliver consistent and meaningful experiences that inspire both customers and employees.





MaryLee opened the doors to our US operation four years ago. With over 25 years in marketing communications, she knows from firsthand experience how purpose drives performance and business transformation.

She also knows that transparency and authenticity play an increasingly vital role in motivating internal and external audiences.

Based in New York, MaryLee has spent significant time in Europe leading international assignments for blue-chip brands including American Express, P&G and PepsiCo.

Rik has created global advertising campaigns, edited magazines, led one of the UK's earliest and largest digital agencies, and has extensive CRM experience.

An early pioneer of the transformative power of social media Rik has created award-winning work for brands across multiple sectors including British Airways, HP, IBM, Nissan, Pfizer and Virgin Media.

He is a regular speaker at industry events and chaired the integrated marketing group for the UK's advertising trade body, the IPA.

Pip has enjoyed 30 years creating identity systems that span geographies, markets and cultures, build employee pride and create powerful emotional connections with our clients' audiences.

Pip believes the best brand expressions come from a marriage of logic and magic. Driven by making the complex simple and the average exceptional, she is the bridge between our talent and disciplines, with a passionate focus on transforming smart strategies into compelling creative ideas and design.

Balancing a passion for analytics, creativity and talent, Juliet has led business transformation in corporate positions at American Express and HSBC.

Her experience spans value proposition creation, growth initiatives, product development, business and finance management, as well as front and back office operations.

Combined with agency roles across marketing, sales and communications disciplines, Juliet brings a dynamic and hands-on understanding of the strategies, tactics and deep cross-functional partnerships that help clients succeed.
