Ian joined Brandpie after a 24 year career with Unilever, one of the largest and most prominent companies to have embedded purpose at its core. Across this time he worked in marketing & general management roles in UK, Europe and Asia. An early claim to fame was developing the Marmite Love/Hate campaign with his last role as Global VP Digital & Brand.
Purpose became a passion of his after leading a project to identify & embed purpose across a global Unilever division. Seeing the transformative effect it had on the business and culture, he decided to help other companies do the same.
