In 2014 we proudly launched our Slice of Pie events, a quarterly series of intimate get-togethers featuring world-class guest speakers in rigorous and lively discussion.
Our January event focused on ‘The Power of Purpose’, and we were thrilled to have Barbara Davies (Global Brand, Marketing and Communications Leader for EY) as our guest speaker, sharing her experience of how the $26bn, 170,000-employee global organisation arrived at 'Building a better working world'.
Providing a rare and fascinating behind-the-scenes view, Barbara outlined the challenges and benefits surrounding this purpose-led brand and how it drives their 'Vision 2020' ambitions.
She was then joined on stage by leading financial journalist Lawrie Holmes - previously of the Sunday Telegraph, Sunday Express and Mail on Sunday -for a probing discussion and audience Q&A.
